Grape Salad

Grape Salad

Servings: 10-15

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pounds Red Seedless Grapes
  • 2 pounds green grapes
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup pecans copped

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla until blended.
  2. Add grapes and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  4. Top with brown sugar and pecans before serving.

Special Notes:
This recipe is from my great aunt and will sure to be a family request at all get togethers!
