Ingredients:
Pie filling
- 4 cups sliced peeled peaches
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 T flour
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 teas almond extract
- 2 T butter
Streusel Topping
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
Pie Dough and Pie Pan
Instructions:
Streusel topping:
Mix flour and sugar together. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or fork, until pea size crumbles.
Roll out pie dough and place in pie pan.
Filling:
Put peaches in bowl. Blend the sugar and flour. Then add to peaches. Put in pie pan and pour lemon and almond extract over it, dot with butter. Top with streusel topping. Place pie crust shield over edges of pie crust to prevent over browning. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
