Ingredients
- 2 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1 Cup Crushed Saltine Crackers
- 3 crushed butterfinger bars (can also add a Reeses Peanut Butter candy bars for extra flavor)
- ½ Cup melted butter
- 1 5.1 oz French Vanilla pudding
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
To prepare the crust –
Take the Crushed Graham crackers and the crushed Saltine crackers, and the crushed Butterfinger bars and then add the melted margarine. Mix together and then put 3/4 ths of the mix into a 9×13 pan. Press into the pan ensuring that the bottom of the pan is covered. Take the remainder of this mix and then put into the refrigerator until later.
To prepare the mix–
Pour the pudding mix into a bowl and then and 1 cup milk and then mix together. Then add the ice cream. Mix until completely blended and then pour into the pan spreading evenly. Then put into refrigerator for about an hour. Then pull out the pan and then put Cool Whip on top. Then take the remainder of the crust from earlier and then sprinkle on top of the pudding and Cool Whip. Then put back into the refrigerator to cool for another hour and then pull out to serve.
